Venting SN did not arrive

Okay, so I was so excited that I had finally managed to purchase my SN and I went to the place where it was delivered to fetch it. When I got there? They told me it never arrived. I went to do some other things and went back to check again, and it still hadn't arrived. My delivery guy clarified to me that he had delivered it. They called him, and he said he did, even though the people who work there stated that he didn't and nobody saw him. Apparently the SN is still on its way. They told me to wait, but I could not since I was in a hurry and I was with someone. I left, and I texted the guy. He has not responded yet. I am so pissed off, I am so mad. This is very simple, I payed and talked to him, what made him lie? They said if I don't fetch it within 24 hours, it will be sent back. I am so angry! My plan is ruined!
