I have been experimenting with partial hanging for a whole week and couldn't bring myself to do it (I can pass out, but always come back to my senses and stop the attempt).
It seems to me I could have better chances with SN (although I may say this only because the grass is greener on the other side). Problem is, I already went silent for a whole week, and used sickness as an excuse from my job. If I do that again, I may have problems (manager becoming alarmed, calling on social services to check I am well, etc...)
How long did it take for you to get SN? I'd like to know how much longer I have to 'hide' before doing the deed.
