So I have bought SN outside of Europe and I need to go on this website to get it through customs. The only problem is that I'm extremely confused as I have no clue how customs work. Can someone help me?

Depends on the country that you live in. Normally they send you a letterbor email where you should specify whats inside and how much it costs. Based on that you would normally pay a tax. If you send with service like ups normally they do it for you but you have to pay for that
