I get twitchy when I'm really anxious. Kinda similar, I guess? It sounds very frustrating and stressful to have to deal with. :(

I also get that when anxious, but also gets worse if I have some kind of nutritional deficiency. Had your bloodwork done recently?

I have this but started taking NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) Supplements 600mg a day and it's helped loads. These were reccomended by my psychiatrist.

It's kind of a vague symptom description... it could mean many things.

Wow nice psychiatrist. Usually they only prescribe antipsychotics for everyone. NAC is very useful thing

Thanks for the replies, I think it could be a mixture of things nutritional deficiency, anxiety but when I'm feeling more healthy and exercising and stuff it's rare but when struggling to move or do physical things and get out of bed it happens alot more.

I'm not sure if it's quite the same, but I get muscle twitches and spasms in the morning, but that's more to do with my epilepsy.

However I've noticed my handwriting has gotten worse recently as my arms and hands have began shaking noticeably, even if I'm just picking up a drink

I have hand tremors, which I presume are part of some neuropathy.

Yes it also affects my handwriting and when I lift a cup of a table my hand shakes.

Yes, but mine is contributed to my epilepsy. I've gotten to where I don't even notice it much anymore unless it's more than the normal.
