I am sorry to hear that. SA causes many scars to the victims. Unfortunately, our legal system doesn't prosecute abusers properly.

It feels soul destroying. I blame this for kicking off my erratic behavior that ruined my life. I think a lot of what we call borderline is trauma from rape and assault.

So sorry for the shit that you & others have endured. I come back to this thought process a lot, it's horrific that we have no say in the first place and then are caused what can be essentially irreparable damage but the perpetrators so rarely have any sort of consequence. I'm almost numb to my own trauma at this point but I get so heated when I hear someone else that's had to deal with SA.

Ugh. Ugh ugh ugh. Really wish I had something more constructive or at least semi comforting to say past "it sucks, I'm sorry".

I'm a survivor of childhood sexual abuse myself, and I feel irreparably broken. Therapy doesn't fix it. I'm so dysfunctional, and I just can't confront life. That's why I'm here: I think it's time to leave all the fear and sadness and anger behind.
