I get it. I was clean 2 years and relapsed this year. It really does feel like the only way to effectively emotionally regulate sometimes...

Self harm almost feels like an art to me. It's a source of pride as well, seeing how deep you can go. I have so many scars on my arms and legs, I regret none of them. I've even recurved them to prevent them from healing with no scar.
