I tried to kill myself before with prescription and painkillers, but I just got really high and sent to the hospital. I will try an overdose again. Is Paracetamol + Codeine phosphate and monohydrated Metamizole with prescription enough to kill me or is it getting me high? I would like to know because the procedure to get medication out of your body is quite painful and I don't wanna go through that.

All due respect, the information is right there. ODs are not recommended unless you have access to barbiturates or very potent opioids (oxycodone, fentanyl, etc.) and even then they can be unreliable. I do not recommend suicide personally, but access to the information is freely available on this site, limited only by ones own care to look into the topics.
OD'ing doesn't work don't try again you'll end up in the hospital again or a psych ward, plan your method out carefully don't rush things I wish I saw this post earlier
Listen the advice I can give you for now is REST and calm yourself (I don't mean this as a threat I don't know you but I want to help) after you take the break that you need for however much you like, try to take a look at this site again if you want to, and carefully read things, don't rush ever!
Rushing will only lead to a lot of problems for yourself and others
Whenever you're ready ask anything, unfortunately not everyone will answer sometimes no one answers me at all too

If you wish to seek help then do it, personally I wouldn't recommend going to a psych ward I'm not going to lie to you but that's me, if you want to recover instead of CTB (Catching the Bus) then go for it also there's a section on recovering on this site if you want to check it out
