Help Need help urgentely

Hi, i'm really sorry to bother but i need help ctb urgently i must do so before august i can't explain why would be too long. im still a little new to this. Of course i wouldn't just ask if i hadn't tried to find any method but unfortunately i don't have much time and i can't get my hands on anything wether it's alcohol, drugs, kn, sn, helium, N, these are all impossible for me to get in my country. What i do have are painkillers called "lamaline" (Paracetamol 300 mg – Opium powder 10 mg – Caffeine 30 mg) i tried to od by taking 16 at once but just ended up sick for a day and vomiting like crazy. I also have 7 pills of a zolpidem called stilnox, each pill contains 10mg of zolpidem tartrate. I know it's really weird of me and i don't excpect an answer but pls i need help urgently i can't keep on living and im way too scared to jump off the roof of a building and i can't hang myself cuz my parents are too scared of me trying to end my life so they won't let me get a rope and really watch my every move. Again really sorry to bother but i really need your help any advice is good Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to inform you, all the methods you said you cannot do are the ones that actually work. You have eliminated all of the real potential methods. There is no easy way.

You really shouldn't: acetaminophen is a horrible way to die. If you have to try it (out of curiosity), be aware that this has a low chance of working. However, ensure that you have performed cold water extraction on the lamaline pills, to remove the acetaminophen. Then, you can take more. However, everyone's opioid tolerance is different, and with weaker opioids anything from 200mg to 2g can be lethal. If you really are desperate and don't have any other way, CWE all your lamaline, drink the resultant solution along with zolpidem and alcohol. It'll be difficult as the solution will be bad-tasting, and if your CWE is not performed correctly, could lead to permanent organ damage.

Not to burst your bubble but OD'ing I would not recommend It mostly fails and is unsuccessful for most people, you would end up vomiting like crazy and wouldn't ctb

Best of luck (My recommendation is to find your method and plan it out do not rush Ik it's against what you've said I wish I could ctb quickly as well but it won't help)

yeah i know i tried and ended up vomiting like crazy like u said lol. Anyway thanks im thinking of Carbon monoxide generator it's my only hope tho it will be very difficult to make. If i fail ill just jump off a bulding and hop i don't end up a pralaysed vegetable.

Idk much about gases to be honest with you, Ik that helium (As pure as possible) wouldn't even alert you that it's you know, In fact unfortunately I've even heard a story about a little girl literally fainting and passed away because of some helium balloons

As for jumping all Ik is that it has to be 8 stories PLUS for a guarantee ctb and even then depends on where you land

I wish you luck but be careful don't rush it's better to not rush and end up in a much worse position in life (I understand being impulsive I am too and it's hard to control) hugs
