Yep, rested for my 8 hours... locked the PC instead of suspend coz folding@home was running (oops, it was delayed a bit). Now to set alarms to remind me to sleep earlier :3

in cases of less sleep, I tend to either nap in the day, and/or sleep earlier. Tho still, my dream log has less than it otherwise would have. (the url is somewhere on my profile, but the dream basically involved listening to an emergency call and eating some schnitzel shaped chicken nuggets)

(ah ok, I'll look for it. Dreams are always interesting. I see you have a meditation thread. But yeah that food sounds pretty gross. But food's not really my thing so, that doesn't mean much coming from me lol . Unless I take benadryl or double/triple/quadruple/etc.etc. on sleeping pills, I sleep in short bursts of a few hours maybe. I end up just zoning out in front of the TV. or the wall.)
