Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've always had anger issues, when I was a kid I'd toss my mattress and chuck things at the wall. I've lived alone most of my adulthood and have been able to express my rage privately. Today my ex who lives with me saw bits of it. We've been broken up for 2 months and while he never saw anything but irritation while we were together I just didn't care in the moment to suppress all of it. It lasted 1.5 hours. Now I regret it and it reminds me that I am damaged. No meds or therapy can fix this. I feel absolutely drained.

I also do have rage issues, I've broken many things (most of them essential) in the past which I regretted deeply after. In those moments I either damage something or damage myself. It's scary cause I feel as if it's not me who does those things but someone else, someone sinister. When I do have these moments I really can't control myself, it's like a tsunami wave coming over me.

That being said I'm really sorry that you also experience this. Know that you're not alone. Sending hugs.

The first essential thing I broke was a cd player when I was 12 or 13. In the moment I did it on purpose. I could not understand why I'd break something so important and hard to replace for me. I've read that anger comes from a part of the brain that is more primal. Some people describe it as "seeing red" it's like a switch is flipped. I am sorry you have had to suffer this too. I've never met someone else who did, though I've suspected some people have it. No one wants to talk about it.

That sounds tiring and painful, I'm sorry you have to go through this. It is horrible being alive as there is no escape from ourselves and our thoughts. I wish you the best
