So I'm planning on jumping. I have several bridges in mind, one above a motorway and two above a river. There is also a bridge above the bridge. I was thinking about one of the ones above the river so that way there's less chance of people calling the police. Also I was thinking about taking a load of paracetamol as well.
I have several questions.
1 - will my weight play a part in my change of survival? (I'm "severely underweight")
2- will alcohol help my nerves? (I have severe anxiety and agrophobia as well as general anxiety about ctb)
3 - water or concrete?

Can't say I'd recommend the paracetamol - Won't really do anything if you jump, and if you don't could lead to a whole host of other issues.

1. If the fall is high enough, it really shouldn't matter all that much. Might slightly reduce the overall speed and therefore the force of impact, but if the fall is high enough, the difference should be negligible.
3. As for water or concrete - ultimately it depends on the distance fallen, but generally concrete would be a more sure-fire method (once again, assuming a sufficient drop). Would need to know the height of the bridges to know for sure though.

Can't really comment on the alcohol thing though, as that would differ based on your personal reaction to alcohol
