Help jumping off a bridge

my plan for ctb is to jump off a bridge in my city, but i want to know more info about what could possibly happen or what is the best way to do it that wouldn't just leave me crippled. the bridge is 156 feet, would that likely be fatal?
is there a certain way i should fall?
it goes over a river and i've heard that water basically turns to concrete when you're falling from so high.
also maybe info on scaling suicide barriers.

Probably better to search through the threads, but this height seems a bit low. It would be better if it were something over 90 meters.

It could work! fall on your head, and not your neck or back is the best advice I can give you. if you crack your head open the odds are you'll die no matter what. I'd also do my best to fall onto concrete or asphalt or something like that if you can, not water. it's only fatal from much higher. if its a suspension bridge you can climb up the cables and jump from the very top. anyway, good luck, my friend! love and peace <3

Have you been to the bridge before?

I found a cliff with live cameras that I can view on the internet, so I was able to get a feel for what it's like, since I haven't been there before. It also may help determine if theres a stupid barrier.

i'm not sure
you can get on the ledge from the ends of the bridge and sidestep your way to the middle but that would take a while and draw attention
other than that maybe trying to squeeze myself between the gap in the fence or figuring out how to scale it

it is also a lot of effort compared to just jumping from somewhere, and you would possibly be fighting survival instinct the entire time...

i'm not sure where else to go in my city for it though, this is the highest bridge and it's still pretty low for being over water. how do people go about finding tall buildings with roof access
i don't have a car either.

I wish I knew the answer. I will be driving hours to hike and jump off a cliff. I had to dig deep to find my spot. Not having a car makes things more difficult...

I think that may not be high enough but I'm not sure. I've considered a bridge close by that is 240ft high but I'm deathly afraid of heights no pun intended. A woman went missing last year and they found her at the bottom of said bridge a few months later.
