Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm wondering how much police hoopla will be involved after my dead body is discovered and reported to the authorities. Like will they send an ambulance with its sirens blaring even if I'm already stiff and cold? Will there be multiple cop cars with their lights going or ridiculous yellow crime tape? The reason I ask is because I have no choice but to ctb in my parents' home (I'm 100% disabled/bedridden) and I don't want to create a huge scene for them in front of all the neighbors if at all possible. It may sound ridiculous, but I'm trying to ctb in the most considerate way possible for my family. I'd even like to time everything so that my body is discovered in the evening so that (hopefully) the neighbors will all be asleep when the coroner's van pulls up and the death investigation can be carried out before the sun comes up. Of course none of that would matter if the police/first responders F it up by sending an ambulance or cop car with its sirens blaring. Anyone have any idea what kind of shit show I'm looking at here?

Well if your parents find your body they will be in shock so they might assume you are not dead yet even if you clearly are and might call an ambulance. Police has to investigate a bit to rule out homicide and stuff. Its prolly gonna be a bit of a scene.

There will be some red/blue lights but the initial check (in the UK at least) is a check of the neck/airways and to make sure no obvious signs of homicide.

Further checks would usually be in a medical setting.

How are you planning to go being bedridden and housebound? You don't have to say if you don't want to of course. I don't know what hooplah will happen after you go. At least you won't have to be there to deal with it.

I admire you and I understand your concerns. I hope the police would be more discrete - I don't know - but why would they send sirens to grieving parents. I hope they wouldn't do that. I hope if you leave a loving note, that both your parents and the police will understand.

I wish I had the answer for you, but I really hope there wouldn't be sirens in this situation of suicide.

I am pretty bedridden myself and probably have to go back to live with my parents. It's horrible.

My partner CTB in may, a few days before my birthday, we had an amazing relationship filled with love and affection, but also we shared some not so great moments. When I found her I called the ambulance and did cpr because she was almost gone, ambulance and cops came, after they pronounced her dead the her apartment was considered a crime scene until the investigation was complete to rule out foul play. She didn't really do any prep work or leave a note which made it much harder and as I type this I'm sure the investigation is on going… so yeah.. pretty big scene.

planning to CTB soon to hopefully meet her.

my only advice I've got is please make sure you leave a note. Trust me

Sorry for your loss, you'll be with her again soon and she'll be there with open arms.
