QUESTION ABOUT SN METHOD, just tryna get ahead of things.

Ok, So I have went through the Vizzy and Stan guide a few times and I think I have a pretty good grasp on everything I need.

I have ordered my 98%+ pure SN and It'll be here in 2-3 days. Dunno when my Antiemetics (Dopamine blockers) will get delivered tho.

When it gets here I'll need to test it as per Vizzy's Instructions even tho I don't understand some of it and alot of the math The Instructions were clear enough that I'm sure I can test the purity of my SN after purchasing additional equipment.

I'm not rushing said additional purchases because The last thing I want is to bumrush these things.

After the testing is all done and I have all my meds in place and have picked the most suitable way of consuming SN and CTB'ing (likely the 8 hour fasting thing i best for me, dragging it out for 48 hours sounds like a real pain in the ass) I still have a few questions:

1. I'd rather not take Sedatives as it requires crushing the Benzos/sedatives & dissolving it in Water. Unfortunately I have some trauma regarding as last year I crushed some pills and mixed it with Orange Soda and it was utterly horrible. I will not be replicating that same feat there. I'd rather not put myself through that. So will missing the sedatives be OK as neither Vizzy nor Stan show a ingestion method without The Sedatives/benzos.

2. Do I just gulp the entire SN drink? Or should I slowly drink it like some sort of japanese tea ritual. A bit frivolous of a question but I'm curious.

3. Is it ok to take more than the recommended dosage of Antiemetics and the painkillers? Say each tell me to take 2-3 but I take 3-4 pills each just for that extra guarantee? That cool?

4. How much Water can I consume?

5. Say I separate some portion of the SN from its box in another air tight container to test it, will it ruin the SN and the SN i set aside? For how long can they be in contact with air with? This has got me a bit anxious. Not to mention I'll need a few minutes of adjusting each measurement of SN so that's another issue. Please advise.

6. It says in the guide that if you choose the 8 hour fasting option, you should spend it not consuming anything but Mild water but for 2 hours you shouldn't even have water. Is that 2 hours in the 8 hour fasting period or is another 2 hours AFTER 8 hours is over? A bit confusing.

1. Aquarium strip tests
2. Digital weight scale machine
3. Painkillers
4. (optional, depends on what you fine folk say) Benzos/sedatives

I got a Finasteride pippette that goes over 1ml in holding capacity, I'll just clean out and use that when I need to share SN infused water between glasses during purity test. Hopefully cleaning it with plain water is enough. I got a Water filter set up so that should be enough for the distilled plain water part. Likely got a water can that measures water.

I'm sure I've got a few more questions around here in the Old Noggin' so I'll ask in posts made later on if something comes to mind or ask you fine folks directly. Stay tuned for Updates as I navigate and record my Journey. The Main goal is to have all the resources and testing and methodology down to a comfortable Tee within the Next 10 days so I can hopefully CTB right before Next month. That's the goal anyhow. My death isn't something…I'm overly enthusiastic or focused on. It's like this looming grey cloud that I keep tethered to myself. I wish i didn't have to…I have no choice.

Sedatives, as per me, are compulsory. It helps you to loose consciousness (LOC) soon. LOC is very important given some drawbacks of SN method. In case you don't want large quantity of Benzos with water, I would say buy Clonazepam 1mg x 5 tablets and drink it about 4-5 minutes before drinking SN.

Yes entire SN should be taken. But taking it in one single gulp might be problematic for you and it might trigger throw up. So better is to mix 25g to 35g as per your body weight in 50-60 ml water and drink it in 2-3 mouhtful gulps. It is very salty and can cause burning sensation. So better will be to rotate inside your mouth, after SN, some alcohol, then Mouthwash then plain water to neutralise its taste. Remember do not swallow this. Rotate and spit it. Juices are strict no because whole lot of them contains acid which will react with SN and convert it to NaCL. Not good if you have ulcers inside.

Taking more than recommended doses of Antiemetic will cause problems. So not at all recommended.

During last 8 hours fasting, limited water can be consumed. But not during the last 2 hours. It should be without anything like drinks or foods completetly. Making stomach empty like this will help in fast absorbtion. 50-60 ml water is recommended for mixing 25-35 gm SN. Using more water will delay absorption and chances of getting saved in between lies stronger.

No problem, you can take some amount of it out for testing. My take is measure 25g and make it sealed in ziplock bag. and seal the container. Just make sure humidity remains at normal level. nitrite does turn to nitrate but it is slow process.

Thanks for the Sedative hack but I'm having difficulty understanding the Highlighted parts above.

What do you mean spit it out? Also No Alcohol and Mouthwash is a maybe.

Hmm, may have to look for a ziplock bag. I was just gonna put the testing SN in a airlocked glass jar. Room temp I know, Humidity shouldn't be a problem ig. I get the LOC part. No juices/colas, understood. Reccomended does of Antiemetic makes sense although Vizzy says to test some of the drugs (or was it only the sedative) beforehand so that might cost a extra day or two.

Thank you for the reassurance on the SN parts tho, yeah the correct dosage of SN and water I already understood. I'll make sure I CTB at a time where they can't get to me after I've worked everything out.

Idk about the 2 ml pipette, Seems extra hurdle and Time wasted when i can just precisely pick up 1 ml two times with my already available pipette.

I already got to buy a Digital Weight scale, test strips, Pain killers, Now Sedatives, possibly zip lock bags. Adding something as small as a 2 ml syringe seems tedious in this somewhat time sensitive work.


I don't wanna be all gung ho and mess up my death but I also don't wanna be all tedious and meticulous and clinical with my dead which would further bring on more stress when Good enough is good enough.

after drinking the solution of SN, you might wont like the taste of it as it is very salty. This salty ness is also one of the major contributor of people ending up puking. This saltyness is extremely high given the amount of SN. after you drink it, it will continue to disturb your body and will try to release whole lot of dopamine which makes you vommit. Yes antiemetic helps but everyone's mileage is different. Thus in order to neutralise the taste buds, you must first drink sn solution u prepared, then take say some 30 ml neutral spirit like vodka in your mouth, move it inside your mouth and then spit it up in a plastic bag, repeat same with vodka one more time and then do the same twice with mouthwash (ur fav flavored one, I will take strong mint). It will reduce saltiness effectively. If you want you can then use water again in same manner. But remember do not swallow anything after ingesting SN. You don't know how will these stuffs reacts with SN inside your stomach. Alcohol + Mouthwash + water use is just to neutralise your tongue so that saltiness eliminates and wont force your mind to release dopamine, which may induce vomitting. ok?

Perfectly alright. Although i doubt the saltiness Will bother me, If it does since I don't have access to alcohol I'll use mouthwash and water at best and make sure that I don't consume it. Ok.
