My bus (or train) is about to arrive... (goodbye thread)

It's finally time for me... Now I'm taking several trains to get to my hotel, it's a 2 hour ride in total. (It's 1pm right now)



Anyway here's my plan again:

- 22.00 final temporary sleep until 06.00 the next day (i think it counts as fasting for 8 hours)
- 06.00 take a piss & shit, then take 600mg paracetamol (with a small sip of water)
- 06.20 take 3x10mg of domperidone (with small sips of water again)
- 06.21 make 3 servings of SN drink (25g in 50ml of water, I weigh around 87kg), then crush my lorazepam pills and mix with water (tbh idk how much pills I need to crush, i think 4 or 5 is enough?)
- 06.50 drink the crushed lorazepam
- 07.00 drink SN and lay in my bed

(If you all have suggestions for my plan please let me know, I really appreciate it)

Despite all the bad things I have experienced in my life, I feel grateful to have traveled around my country and to neighboring countries by myself... I better give all my remaining money to my little sister.

It's time for me to travel somewhere far away and have peace forever.

I just clicked on the picture. Lorazepam 0.5mg is a pretty low dosage. I have a prescription for 1mg pill 3 times a day for my anxiety attacks so i think you should take more than 4 or 5.

Yeah that's what I thought... I once tried to take 1 lorazepam pill at night and it didn't make me sleepy.

Several years ago I have another benzo (alprazolam), forgot how much mg of it, but stupidly I took one at work and I yawned a lot at work in a matter of minutes... My psychiatrist back then even advised me to cut the pill in half after my 2nd visit.

Alprazolam (xanax) makes you sleepy af. Lorazepam takes the edge off. I see you have 7mg there in the picture. You should take more (if not all) 20-25 mins before ingesting the sn so to be sure it gets absorbed and not to throw it up. I never take my benzos with water or swallow them. I keep them under my tongue to dissolve for extra fast absorption and effectiveness. That is a trick my shrink taught me. They really don't taste that nasty.

Alprazolam will be my benzo of choice before I ingest my SN. It's strong and very fast acting.

They are designed to be chalky and to melt fast, however.. like i said. 0.5 is a small dose. But since you have no tolerance whatsoever, it will do the trick. You could try 2 pieces sublingual. Your comfort is prioritary.
