So, I was planning on following a plan, but apparently taking benzos sublingually can also help, like, without having to grind them and put them in a glass

I need to get the money to get them, so, it can be a bit complicated, I have been practicing restrictive anorexia, so, I have a fairly low BMI of like 16.5, obviously I will fasting on just water at the moment, but, 40 mg is a good amount?
