I'm thinking of doing a practice run this weekend. I have all I need for the SN method but have so many versions of what others have planned and done, it's a little confusing. I also want to know what to expect in terms of timing and get a feel for how long I'd need to be with my thoughts as I wait for each stage to kick in, plus enduring the fasting etc. I don't want to muck it up when I do it for real and I don't want to be surprised by the thinking time either, and risk SI having a big impact on the real day either. Hence I want to do a practice run. No drugs taken, but have them put on the counter with my timings list written out and devoting a weekend to playing out the 24 hour method. Has anyone done this? Was it beneficial for you? Any surprises?
