I cannot reach the point of passing out, and i also feel a lot of fear for no reason. Please help me, i don't want to leave. I'm suffering too much and it's so exhausting. Please please please...

And yes I've seen guides and it still doesn't help. I have a 8mm rope, I don't know if that would help.
