Please guide me to sodium nitrite

So for sodium nitrite I've gathered that I need:

SN
Tagamet
Antiemetics

How do I take them after getting them?

My own plan, after a lot of research:

2 days prior to sn, begin regimen of 20mg metoclopramide every eight hours
8 hours before sn, take 30mg metoclopramide & cease eating
2 hours before sn, take a double dose of anti-acid (in your case, tagamet)
1 hour before sn, take 40mg metoclopramide
mix sn immediately prior
end.

Except for the extremely high doses of Meto, I would agree with this plan. Unless you are heavily overweight, the dose of Meto is way too high! So you risk severe side effects.

It certainly can't hurt to take a look at the manufacturer's data:

The maximum recommended dose per day is 30 mg or 0.5 mg/kg body weight.
The maximum recommended treatment duration is 5 days.
The recommended dose is 0.1 to 0.15 mg/kg body weight, repeated up to 3 times daily, taken by Mouth.
The maximum dose in 24 hours is 0.5 mg/kg body weight.

Don't read the ppeh ALONE. Take a glance at the PPeH, the book on suicide on wikibooks, dr. Admiraal's book and the 8chan topic on SN. Use the search here to find a plethora of "direct" accounts of this method too.

We don't do "spoonfeeding" here both because it would legally fall under "assisting suicide" which is punishable by jail in most countries, also, we are all about completely free choice, not pushing people to go with either death nor life. There's a reason this website has "Pro-choice" in its name.

No you're totally right, that should be 10mg every 8 hours. The 40 wasn't a typo though, the PPeH recommends 30 as a last dose and yeah, I'm a chubby gal.

@jake3d I hope you don't think I'm spoonfeeding too much / pushing people, was just posting my own regimen and trying to be helpful. When I say 'good luck' I mean it in the sense of general well-wishes / good luck with whatever choices they make. You defs have a point though

Ah I see. I just want to prevent users from taking 90 mg Meto on the last day and then have an incredibly bad time due to the side effects.

I have always read from sources that one should take either a 48 hour regimen or the stat dose. But not both combined? Or did I overlook something?

If you don't get any bad effects for meto you can take both. If you do domperidone instead of meto it is recommended to take both.

• 3 tablets of 1mg Lorazepam

Benzos are completely optional with this method. If you have them, take them. They will help with removing anxiety and aid sedation.

It is best to dissolve the benzos under your tongue rather than swallow.

Yes they melt real fast and enter your bloodstream faster with sublingual administration. At least both kinds of them that I take do that.

I don't have sublingual can you still do tbis or do I have to ask doctor for it

So interesting! I did not know about taking it sublingually.

Tablets made for swallowing take a long time to fall apart under the tongue.

What about these yellow gel-like Temazepam capsules? Also taking it sublingually and waiting for it too fall apart?
