Dear All,

My understanding is that Dignitas is using
pentobarbital in powder form.which company is supplying this to them?

Also, is pentobarbital still available in pills anywhere on the planet? Or pills are out of market completely?

I doubt anyone has an answer to this. I'm sure they get it from a legit medical source that the avg person can't buy from.

They get it from the pharmacy since it's legal there. There's a video on YouTube of a pharmacist preparing a dose.
As for the company who makes it, I'm not sure. But pentobarbital is legal to get by prescription in places other than Switzerland.
