Not having a family or someone in this world is a burden too big

I cant deal with this shit anymore, im always alone, im 30 fucking yeard old and i already dont have a family, a friend, a girlfriend, nothing. I spent all the days alone.
I dont know what to do, i just want to die, i have everything except the propanolol and i plan to do without it but there is something that still block and here i am writing meaningless post on a forum.

I wouldn't say your posts are meaningless. Venting can provide some temporary relief.
