They've been a site lurker for 6 months. Just because they don't post like we do doesn't mean they aren't here for the same seasons. I took a chance with my judgement of them, sorry if you disagree.

I understand where you are coming from. However, this attitude have to change a bit.

We discovered a few minors on this site by getting them to talk, and then promptly banning them.

Some people come here, get much needed emotional support, and end up not ctb'ing.

I think people should work for the right to ctb by ingratiating themselves into the community.

It will stop fast and risky decisions and dumb redundant threads.

I'm going to make a statement without much research that supports it. I bet most of the pro-lifers attacking SS are family members of people who didn't stay long in the community. I know a few long-term community members who ctb'd that tell family members in their notes not to blame anyone else in order to protect SS.

Sharing sources with the unknown and getting taken down hurts future people who probably need them more.

A site lurker for 6 months does not one make a trustworthy member. You did say in the "recent" comment you made that you DID DM the OP (the new DMC site, I assume). It's just bad form.
