Help hints on acquiring anti-emetics for SN?

I understand that we can't give out sources so I'm not asking for sources or anything, but does anyone have any general info on how people acquire AE's strong enough to help with SN. I've been able to find a source for SN, i just need some pointers on some of the other items required. any help is appreciated, i understand if there isn't much to give out.

In my country it's surprisingly easy as i learned some times ago
I just go to one of the biggest marketplace here, they have a system in place to categorize prescription drug and if you need it they'll connect you to a doctor in 15 seconds to tell them your symptoms and they clear you
I just said something like "i have heartburns and nausea often and i heard this is a good medicine for that"

Telehealth. It's quite expensive but at least you can try to get the product legally.

Drug markets arent good for this. Most illegally sold prescription drugs will be from Eastern Asia not domestic. That gets flagged as irregular. The CBP knows this well.

It's best to just consult with a doctor and get it thru the legal way.

I got mine through telehealth. Requested an appointment and told them I was experiencing extreme nausea from anxiety and they didn't even make me do the appointment, they just filled and shipped the script. It was really easy and it was ready to go within two weeks, maybe more like one week.
