New distraction

I was recommended kratom some time ago and decided to try it and I've been having a really positive experience with it. For people who don't know it's basically a plant-crushed up powder from the leaves that you can ingest and it will give you a relaxed feeling. I used to take benzos for relaxation and stuff but I don't always have those and Kratom is legal here. I just wanted to tell you guys because it has helped me distract myself from some negative activities like self harm. It has helped me a bit with anxiety too( I have depression, GAD,insomnia) if I take a bit more than usual it will also make me go to sleep very easily.

I think I was one of those people? Either way I'm glad it's helping. Nice to have some relief every once in awhile.
