• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i'm so like. tired of being aware..??? and like awake. idk how to explain it but i am jsut so tired of being in my body and being aware of everything and being conscious. i usually just sleep when i feel this way but idk i'm wondering if there's anything else that can make me feel like that. when i used to not self harm a lot, doing it made me feel kinda of far away and made me unable to think straight for 30 minutes and it felt very good. idk if this is a stupid question but anyway if anyone knows anything that'd be awesome :)) i know alcohol n drugs r an option but i dont have access to those rn. anywya thanks

Youtube or blasting music really loud work for me

Any of the following might work for you:
Watching a movie, reading, household chores, meditation, going somewhere, making something, meeting up with a friend, doing one of your hobbies

"Above all, do not lose your desire to walk. Everyday, I walk myself into a state of well-being & walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it. But by sitting still, & the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill. Thus if one just keeps on walking, everything will be all right."
Søren Kierkegaard

I cannot vouch for the walking method as I have not tried it myself but it seems like one of the smartest choices.

Actually, I do remember I used to go on 2AM walks some years ago. If you walk far enough, you eventually feel better.
