Method Need some advice on what method to use

Hi... i'm trying to get some advice on how would be the best possible way to ctb on my situation.
I... wanted to go by SN poisoning but I couldn't get it delivered to me and I don't know any stores that sell it in my city in Brazil. I was also going to jump a 30 store building where I go to a math course, but it is too full of students and I wouldn't want to ctb in front of my favorite professor and some of my friends and traumatize them. plus the highest floor didn't seem to have a window for me to jump last time I checked. I don't have much money either. I want to go with the least ammount of pain possible, but as long as I can end this I'm in.
Is there any method or item easily accesible I could try to CTB with?

I wish there is an easily accessible painless method that is guaranteed, it's all I wish for, I always suffer so much from how I cannot have that option, I wish you the best, I hope you find peace.
