It is all on the resource thread, and Stan's guide looks fairly comprehensive.
For me I am frantically search for other methods....due to BPD and Bipolar I have done some terrible things...lost my family, huge debts etc
I will soo be homeless and can't take this pain anymore - it all feels like a HUGE nightmare.

Has anyone else done things they regret?
