My method on ctb. (Need Advice)

I'm a new member so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right so please bear with me. I'm a 30f and have been severely depressed for most of my life. I've decided to officially end it since recently ive hit rock bottom. One of my methods was to buy pure helium and a cpap mask, crush some sleeping pills in alcohol, put the mask on and hopefully just never wake up.

Does anyone know the success rate to using helium? Or maybe have some experiences in using such methods? Or maybe other ways in which I can succed? I just need some advice.

Usually, helium is mixed with other stuff making it ineffective for this purpose. It is very difficult to find one without mixture. I don't recommend it much. However, you can look for information online or in the guides or maybe other threads maybe it gives you some insight. Do consider checking the sticky threads, it might be helpful.

Helium in the US has dropped to 80% purity, so its a no-go for CTB--In Europe, some can still get 100% pure Helium---Nitrogen is still being sold at 99% purity here in the US, which is still lethal enough for CTB(you definitely do not need sleeping pills)An Exit Bag or EEBD Hood is reliable enough with this method---For more info on this, see the Inert Gas Exit Bag Mega Thread(Google It) pages 40 thru 58--Greenberg is the poster to get the most reliable info from

I feel like only you can decide what method is best for yourself, there are resources sections as mentioned above. I personally see it as best to do lots of research on whatever the chosen method is to reduce chance of failure. Ctb can be very difficult after all. I do not know anything about the helium method, but I'm sorry that it has come to this point for you. I know that it is hard to carry on when you suffer so much. I hope that you find what you are looking for.
