I really want to CTB. My family all knows what I'm going through. I feel emotionally held hostage. I really want to go, but I don't want my family to go through all that. I'm going to do it eventually, but how do you cope with the guilt of it all?
I say that when you do ctb, make 2 suicide notes. One for the "public" and one for your family specifically. Be much more in depth with the family one and really methodically show that this is the best option for you. To explain that not only do you feel the burden of what's driving you to commit suicide, but the guilt of what it will do to them, and maybe they can empathize and see how much anguish you being alive involves.
Same here, it's a guilt trip. I wished they would just tell me it's ok we support your decision to CBT. But instead i get all sorts of bullshit, your too young, i raised you for nothing etc.
