My cat died

I know this might seem like a small thing but it litreally broke my heart I still can't stop crying. He was hit by a car I heard the bang but when I got to him he was already dead. He was completely limp I felt shattered I didn't know I could love an something so much until that cat. He is litreally my pfp on this is gonna miss him so much sorry just had to post to rant a tiny bit.
the person who hit him never stopped never didanything just drove away.

I´m sorry our family cat who was 18 years old died a few weeks ago it´s a terrible loss she was with me since my childhood and I even have pictures of us sitting/lying together and a video of her as a kitten while I was 9 years old petting her I just keep loosing more and more in life.

I loved my cats. But because I am going to ctb I decided to put them on adoption. No one adopted them so I made the hard desition to put them to sleep, so they will never hurt for hunger, neglect or disease. I went through the procedure with the vet, they got nembutal for euthanasia. I can´t get over it and now I can´t ctb because of the pandemic, my mom came to my house and feel bad to do it right now. But every day I remember my cats and feel bad because I killed them, although sometimes I believe I did the good thing after seing cats that are abandoned to their luck. Sorry for your kitty.

But just a friendly advice: in the future, if you get another cat, please consider keeping them indoors and spaying them. Closing possible scape routes would be good too.

Thank youWe tried to make him a indoors cat when we got him but we have way too many people in our house so people are always coming and going out the door and he would run for the door. He got his way and was allowed out during the day.

I'm so sorry! It's not just a little thing. Our pets sometimes give us reason to not ctb. My dog does. If I didn't have him I may have sn today. I did some self harm choking and he laid right there with me eventually crawling in to my lap like he knew. Our pets are extremely important as they give us unconditional love in this hateful word. My dog has kept me breathing many times. Including today. I'm sorry you lost your baby. Its a special kind of pain. Hugs im so sorry

OMG Im so sorry for you, what an awful thing to happen. What a beautiful fur baby. Hes adorable. I love his smooshy face. I love cats paws, like getting them in your palms and squeezing them....sorry. But im a real cat lover. Everything about them i find adorable. What was your babys name? Its a loss like no other when you lose a fur baby. When I lost Baxter, my last fur baby, I came outside to find him just lying outside alongside the house. He hadnt been run over or anything, he was just dead. The vet thought he must have just had a heart attack. He was about 10yrs old. Hed not long had surgery to have one of his eyes removed due to a cancer he got in it. So he was just learning to live with one eye. Cats look so cute with just one eye, well Baxter looked so cute to me with one eye. Its such a heavy loss when they go, so I really do feel for you. It took me a long time before i could look at his place on the bed without crying. Make sure you keep a little clipping of his hair. He was such a good looking boy. The photo of him on the window sill is particularly gorgeous, hes looking kind of wistfull, or thoughtfull. Is the profile pic him as a baby? Ohhhhh too cute now Im going to cry. I really am sorry. Here if you need to talk.

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. I lost my pup late last year and even though I have a new pup, nothing can take the place and fill the sadness left by my pup. I think about her daily and look at photos of her frequently. She would sleep under the covers with me. She'd always sleep on my pillow when waiting for me to come to bed.

I'm really sorry for your loss. Pets are amazing companions and nobody should ever dismiss their passing as a small thing. If it is any consolation, it seems like it was quick with little suffering. From the photos and the way you speak about him, it seems he was very well-loved and knew it during his life.
