The only methods available are those that are in the resource section. It is not easy to take our own lives, as we are programmed to survive. Many methods can go wrong, and this could lead to consequences. In my case I will make sure any method I attempt is properly planned to reduce the chances of this. Society also does everything to preserve life and takes away peaceful methods, so it is difficult. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.

It really depends. For some poeple committing suicide is easier than for others...quick will be gunshot next to jumping and hanging. But its usually not easy. It really depends on personal factors.Similar threads
