talking from experience, when i tried to CBT for the first time, i was absolutely terrified. i drank lots of pills that i dont even know what will it do to me, it was really clumsy and my head was very dizzy aswell with my stomach working up, then i passed out. i probably thought that i really did died.
but after twice and thrice, i dont think ill ever get the same feelings when i tried for the first times...Upvote 0Similar threads
