I think, as you already have the real peaceful pill. I don't think you need any benzo along with it to the best of my knowledge clonazepam is not bad though. I ODed on 2 strips of clonazepam 1mg last to last week. It was strong enough to knock me off for one full day.

Yes it should if you've the right benzo in right quantity as you said your bmi is less so it should work out .

Wow, was it an intentional overdose, or were you thinking about CTB? From what I've researched, N knocks us out in 5 minutes (or so the legend goes, lol), but I'm an anxious person and terrified of trying and failing again—I suffered so much in the ICU the last time I tried, you know... I was naive back then and didn't understand anything about substances or protocols; Sasu really helped me with that... Oh, thank you for your kindness and for being so gentle and empathetic!

sn takes weeks to significantly degrade even if it's left exposed in normal humidity, and even then it'd probably just be the outermost layer. there's very little risk of it going bad, so there's really no reason to take it before you're 100% ready.

this is a personal decision, and no one's opinion matters but your own. please don't let a fear of letting anyone down be a factor in whether you ctb (not that anyone is hoping that you do have to). if you decide to go through with it tomorrow, I hope it goes well.

In my last attempt, it was more of an intentional overdose, I knew it'll not help me CTB. I just want to stay away from reality for a while.
I can relate to your experience. You are actually right. When we try and fail, we really want a solid method / protocol so that we know for sure that it'll work this time. We can't afford to fail. I too have ended up in ICU twice.
I'm not sure how benzos will interact with N. If they gonna compliment N and increase its effect or deter the attempt. That's something that needs to be checked. I was too sure that alcohol is good to use for kicking SI, but yesterday itself I came to know if someone's using SN method, Alcohol will make it hard.
