Embrace the loneliness. Otherwise, you'll keep on feeling frustrated. However, if they really help you to feel better, maybe it's not that bad to talk to them and feel attached. Just try to take into account that friendships sometimes last a long time and some other times they don't.
It's easier to stay detached in group chats than when you're talking one-on-one with people. But I can't recommend anyone joins a group with nothing but suicidal people in good faith. Sounds like a quick way to make your mental health 10x worse.
