Man who took his own life after taking a toxic substance might have lived had there not been a communication breakdown, an inquest has heard.
He's the one who called emergency, he changed his mind. They could have saved him, but for a major communication fuckup. I hope he was at peace with his decision and he merely panicked in the moment, rather than really regretting his attempt and wanting to really be saved.
