Lurker, finally able to get SN

Hi, lurked here for a while now decided to buy it whilst I had the chance (UK). Few things though, I can't search yet so its hard to find answers but is there an estimate on how fast u lose conciousness after ingesting? Does anyone also have suggestions as to places to do it. I dont want to do in a hotel if there is better options.
