I've been depressed for a long time now, but I've used video games occasionally to get some level of happiness in life but now my hand and body is fucked up and I can't play the games I love anymore...what's the point

Existence really is so cruel and it does seem as though there is no escape from suffering in a life like this. In this life anything that brings relief never seems to last. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. None of us should have to endure such misery. I see no point to being alive at all personally, there could never be one.

I feel your pain, Dust. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety my whole life and now that I am older I have other types of pain to deal with. It's not easy being in these inflamed bodies.
