hi everyone, this is my first post!
how many other people are "living" (i use that word very loosely - i am barely surviving let alone living) with C-PTSD? this year marks 9 years since the beginning of my abuse and i really don't know if i can see another twisted "anniversary" as it gets progressively worse every single year.
