List 3 good things that happened to you today

1. Friend IRL treated me well when I told her my story, what I am going through, and kept me from spiraling just by being kind and present. I'm not used to such kindness.

2. I stopped spiraling and slept the whole afternoon, I gathered my senses after a paranoid attack

3. Got accepted in this community. I stumbled on an article about SaSu, checked it for myself, and found everything I wanted here last night. I didn't know there was a place where I could speak so freely about my suicidal ideation, I've dreamed of that for 2 or 3 years on end and always believed it would bring me relief.

1. Got my new studio apartment in the town where I'm willing to give myself a chance to recover (while taking my plans to CTB a bit more seriously... yeah paradoxical I know.) Will make it cozy. Due to move later.

2. Got to do nothing and lay immobile in an air-conditioned room. Nice.

3. Got my bi-monthly hour of professional mentorship. Allowed me to ground myself.

1. I didn't get arrested, the cop was Nice and understanding as I fckn Stood there.. and told him my hatred for myself and the World around me...

1. I bought a Evangelion Rei themed Tamagotchi nano online and I'm really looking forward to playing with it! I wasn't allowed to play with Tamagotchis as a kid because my family said they were "too girly," so I'm glad I can finally play with them~ I'm excited!

2. I went to a birthday pool party — got to eat burgers, brats, and cake, and I drank a little and swam and had a decent time~

3. Chatted with and played video games with my favorite person~ :3
