A few questions.
I would like to post here as I take SN.
BUT.
How have people managed to document their final minutes and keep this site safe? Surely their body is found as they are still online to this site?

Presumably when I am found the police will check my phone, my bank possibly? Transactions for substances, pharma purchases....

I want to pass peacefully and leave NO attention coming back to this site.

I have videos on YT that will be activated when I die for people to see. My reasons for leaving and a goodbye. That's my goodbye note online.

My mobile phone should really be wiped to factory settings before I CTB.. but what if I don't have time?

My point is..how can I pass leaving the least tracks? I use android ao fucking Google have everything anyway. I would hate my passing to draw attention to increased use of SN as a means to pass. And I don't want my use on this site to be discovered.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Unfortunately, this site gets more negative attention than it should because people often do have this site open at their time of departure.
I've seen quite a few upset messages around the internet from families of those who ctb.
I can't imagine a way to document your SN experience here without having the page open without another persons help.
You could have a member or friend call you on a secure platform to document what you're reporting to them at the time.
But on your own I'm not aware of a way to do this.

I think I will simply document what I am taking... Pretty much following 'Stans Guide' anyway .

I think many users here document their SN experience in their goodbye threads. The smart thing to do would be for them to close out the browser, and lock phone/disable biometrics when they're starting to feel they can't type correctly. But who knows how many actually get that chance. That's usually when they start to pass

You are vastly overestimating the capabilities and willingness of the authorities. Once they rule it as a suicide or OD that's it. The police are not even good at catching real criminals much less care about uncovering the details of a random suicide. I read something like half of all murders go unsolved. A scary thought.

Maybe I am letting my ego take over..

I just worry. Due to particular circumstances personally and someone I am close to that the police may take my passing seriously and dig deep.

Hope I am wrong about that.

I agree with Melancholy. The only people who might look for anything would be family members to understand what happened. Even then, if your devices are password protected, I don't think they'll get very far.

I would worry less about covering your tracks. Once you make it, you really don't have to worry about anything. Close your laptop or shut the browser after drinking. Good luck. No shame in backing out as well if you don't feel up to it.
