Last dose of 48h regimen

Hi everyone,

I got domperidone this week but I'm not quite sure about the last dose. According to Stan's guide, on day 2, I'll have to consume 30 mg of AE, 45 minutes before SN drinking. But I've also seen some people recommending usual 10 mg of AE 45 minutes before the attempt, in order to reduce potential side-effects that could even prevent the attempt due to their severity.

What do you guys think? 30 mg of AE on my last dose or usual 10 mg?
I'll greatly appreciate your help.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I searched the forum but couldn't find the answer I'm looking for. I hope I didn't ask something that has been asked numerous times.

10mg is safe dose unless you have comorbidities or other illness, you're the one who knows your body. I suggest to test 10mg before the final days to see how your body reacts to it and conclude from there; if 10mg doesn't feel bad for you then you might want to follow the recommended dose for CTB (30mg). But if the 10mg feels bad enough then you stick with the low dose. Domperidone increases blood pressure and heart beat rate.
