keep messing up the note

I have been trying to write a note for my family for the past 2 weeks.

I am failing miserably.

I sound passive aggressive, condescending, sarcastic and cold. I don't want to sound like that. I just can't manage to sound warm and happy. I want to leave my family with a nice note to remember me by.


I don't know what to do.

side question: would it be alright for me to tell my family to sell my organs? They could certainly use the financial and wouldn't have to worry about funeral and stuff like that

We can spend a ifetime creating a note that will explain how we feel, but, at the end, people may interpret the note in a very different way and, believe me, they will most likely interpret how they see fit.

About selling organs, I think in most places they require the death to happen under certain circunstances and suicides aren't allowed,

I understand that it can be hard to write notes. It can be difficult trying to sound a certain way in writing, I get that. When it comes to writing my notes, I think I will struggle to get everything I want to say down in writing. I guess I want to try and convince them that I am in a better place and this was the option I wanted and things like that. I wish you well.

Serious writing always requires drafting. You're not failing, it just takes time to articulate how we feel and what we want to say. If you're having trouble sounding warm and happy, you can be creative and capitalize, or even just allow yourself to repeat yourself.
