Yea. Life sucks. Not much else to say. I just can't manage it. I've tried recovering but the incentives to keep living are so weak it is impossible for me not to think about ctb.

i am scared as well. Every single morning I practice partial and as soon as I begin to feel discomfort, I back out. i wish I had the courage or deep despair to just hang.

I am just waiting for death as well. I have never wanted to live and I never will. I am only still alive because ctb is so difficult. I wish that it was easier to leave this world. I know that it can be dreadful living a life which is only pain and suffering. I'm sorry you are in this situation. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
