I was just thinking about this yesterday. I imagined the feeling if i knew for sure that i'll die in a week or so. Really let myself to feel it and suddenly I was super happy and it felt like I could move mountains. weird

I just wish I could hold on to that feeling of relief without the self-doubt and guilt hitting again the next day. Nighttime is so much better for calming the mind.
