I've lost people due to suicide and it feels weird

In 2015, I lost a friend due to suicide. This january, another friend killed herself in the same psych ward that I was. I saw the paramedics carrying her with a stretcher, but I thought she would survive. She didn't.

Since I'm a highly suicidal person, the first thing you think is going to happen is that I get even more suicidal. But the completely opposite happened both times. I saw how devastating their deaths were and how affected everyone was (including myself) and that kept me from my suicidal thoughts.

It's just a weird phenomena I wanted to share. Stay safe.

People care about their own well-being and that's it, end of story.

Death is scary for me to witness. Suicide even more so. They stir something in me, something deep and strong, like a current giving me life. Guess it's that fucking survival istinct. Thx for sharing your story.
