I'd be too paranoid to use it lol. What if there's a safety breach or something and the info gets out? Also when having so many thoughts it's like I can't physically write them all and if I try - I get so chaotic, writing abt everything at once lol. But I def agree that writing things down can help people cope. Thanks for sharing!
