Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

As a result of genetics, I have started experiencing sleep apnea within the past year.
It's not as severe as others in my family, I mostly wake up tired and with a sore throat occasionally, sometimes a raised heart rate, but I still hope something worse will happen. It doesn't scare me at all.

You can eliminate up to 90% of apneas via 'positional therapy' a fancy name for sleep on your side.

I'm typically a side sleeper but often move onto my back or other strange positions in my sleep.
Yeah me too I slosh around at night like a fish but I never had any luck from conventional sleep apnea treatment.
