• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Damn society and corporations
Why do people suffer so much to the point of losing their minds? Why are we considered crazy criminals? I just want to end the suffering in my bed with a cup of tea by my side and a good episode of animation and some song to end it with?
Why the cruelty?

The corporations need wagies to keep the machine chugging along. Can't pay for insurance if you're dead.

I agree though. We deserve the right to die peacefully. It sucks it has to be so fucking hard.

One of my former classmates attempted suicide twice, ten years apart. Three years ago, while he was out walking in the mountains with friends who hoped to help him recover from his dark view of life and from the painful acts he had committed in the past, he was struck by a stroke. Since that day his life has changed irreversibly. He now lives in a humiliating condition: they have to clean him, change his diaper, dress him. The stroke also damaged his respiratory system, forcing him to live with mechanical ventilation, with assistants constantly entering and leaving his home and with frequent hospitalizations. He often asks to put an end to his suffering, but he is denied this possibility. In this country assisted suicide does not exist, and so he continues to endure a pain that offers no respite. The bedsores torment him, his spine hurts relentlessly, the paralysis imprisons him. There is no end to the suffering an individual can be forced to bear in this life.
