I thibk a lot of us have had previous connections with the drug world but now find ourselves less active (shut ins in many cases) so awareness of these things is not at the level it once was. Today was the first time I came across isotonitazene even after previous searches into potential opioids. Plus many opioid addicts don't use the Internet to the extent many others do as they don't have the cash so their learning is on a streat level. Of course that doesn't apply to everyone though.

You know, to make sure that what you get, either online or on the street, is actually what it's supposed to be and, say, not rat poison, or something, that would results in a miserable death, at best, but more likely, not death and just a lot of damage?
Yeah, me too. Not only could some of the sites supposedly selling it be scam sites, even on the clear net, some of them could be fronts for LE. Seems too good to be true, ya know?
Clear net sites are less trustworthy when it comes to these things than a dark net vendor with a reputation to uphold. However this chemical is currently entirely legal so hoypot traps are unlikely. Unless they're by proxy with another drug. But still, if its all that's being ordered no laws are broken.
How do you determine a reputable and trustworthy vendor on the Dark Web?
They have profiles like sellers on ebay or amazon. They get reviews and ratings and you can see how many disputes they have on their sales. There are other useful signs but those are the general ways you can tell.
Yes, especially with it being on the lines of morphine and fentanyl. It appears to be listed as schedule I but has no approved medical use. A synthetic opioid. Seems different sources report different things, I'm sure strength differs as well
I've been on the Dark Web. How do you know if the profiles and reviews you find are real? They could be planted by the same scam vendors to make themselves seem legit.
That's a damn good question. This is exactly why I'm hesitant to try and purchase anything off the Web. Even from places like IHP and ADC. I feel they'll just take my money and I'll get nothing. And then what could I do? I can't complain to authorities that I got scammed trying to buy drugs to kill myself.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, it's not fool proof. There are fake sellers/profiles of many things on both clear and darknet. There's always a risk of being scammed when buying anything online but there are things you can use to better discern and balance the risk. On darknet there are things like Dread and Recon that can be used to look up the vendors you're checking out and more importantly other peoples views and experiences. Also on the profiles on the markets they operate on there are things they don't have control over which are things like total sales - disputes ratios and how many have been won or lost. You can also often, wirh a trained eye extrapolate things from their terms and conditions and the listings themselves. Generic pics and copy pasted or poor grammatical terms are often a bad sign. With the reviews, they can be faked, of course but even amongst any fake reviews there would still be negative ones from real people that got scammed. Obviously if there are very few sales that may not happen and as I started out by saying, there is always risk. Including buying from D. However on dark net markets there's an escrow system to make it harder to scam people. You release payment when your delivery arrives and if it doesn't within a period of time you bring it up with the seller. Each has their own pre agreed way of dealing with this predicament but some reship free and some split the cost of a reship with you. If you feel you're being treated unfairly you can raise a dispute and a moderator steps in. My point really was just that when it comes to narcotics/drugs the dark net has the best facilities to mitigate risk. Buying from a clearnet site is literally a stab in the dark with now chance of follow up or recourse if you don't receive your items. It also has no anonymity and therefore carries further risk.
