the thurman street bridge, its the only high bridge ive seen thats not all fenced up

ive had my eye on it for a long time and its nearby my best friends house (too close tbh i know its gonna remind them every time they pass it which is fucked up on my part i know, especially since id most likely be coming from there as its the literal opposite side town from me (literally hours away cuz i dont drive)

says its 150 ft high (45ish m) but idk how accurate it is, dont know it its something i should make sure i land head first with and not sure if thats something easier said than done

figure if i do it late at night, ill be found and cleaned up before most people wake up (its an entrance to a big hiking park), id rather a method less public but am running out of reliable options as ive failed and botched everything else

Good chance of a successful CTB at 150ft. Plenty of people have CTB'd off of the Vista Bridge causing people to dub it the suicide bridge in PDX, which is 120ft.

If you can combo with a gunshot (topple off) or OD that would also ensure 100%. I would take blood-thinners or something from OTC prescriptions beforehand to increase internal bleed likelihood. And yes try landing head first if possible, I was thinking that too. I'm not familiar with velocity and impact and heights but that seems high enough to do plenty of damage at least.

this may sound dumb but is making sure u fall the right way easy? like by rotating myself is there a chance i over rotate uncontrollably and land feet first or is it easy to control?

That I am not sure. You can get practice maybe in a wind tunnel or parachuting? Or bungee jumping perhaps. If you direct your fall you shouldn't need to correct. You might be able to accessorize (not sure how to put it in a comfortable way) some items to increase damage when you land or to weigh you in a better direction but I'm not sure how that works. There are videos of people dropping objects of various shape and size you can probably find on YouTube to get an idea of how they impact and turn in the air, but I think it fully just depends on initial motion.
